The JFY MP50 Series is a professional CNC busbar punching machine designed for the precision processing of copper and aluminium busbars used in switchgear manufacturing, transformer production, power distribution panels, and high-voltage electrical enclosures. It performs three operations from a single workstation: punching, cutting, and embossing eliminating the need to reposition busbars between processing steps.
With a 500 kN nominal punching force, a compact T-shaped hydraulic design, and a maximum punching frequency of 120 holes per minute, the MP50 is engineered for high-throughput busbar fabrication environments. The machine supports copper busbars up to 15 mm thick and steel busbars up to 10 mm thick, with a maximum punching diameter of 35 mm and workpiece lengths up to 6,000 mm.
