The JFY MB40 Series is a high-precision servo-driven CNC busbar bending machine designed for the accurate forming of copper and aluminium busbars into complex profiles required by switchgear, transformer, and electrical panel manufacturers. Unlike conventional hydraulic busbar benders, the MB40 uses a servo motor main drive paired with an electronic angle measurement and compensation system to achieve a repeatable bending accuracy of ±0.2 mm across all bending modes.
The MB40 supports four bending types from a single machine: flat bending, vertical bending, twist bending, and U-shaped bending — covering virtually every busbar geometry encountered in MCC panels, PCC panels, busducts, transformer terminals, and power distribution boards. Its comprehensive built-in software enables individual part programming, automatic nesting, and full batch production management, making it easy to operate even for first-time users.
